I needed to swap an engine in my 4WD pickup truck and did so using an engine from a front wheel drive car. I had to use the exhaust manifolds from the old engine, so needed to remove those from the replacement. The initial effort to break the bolts loose failed, and I feared I would break them off in the block. I doused the area on and around each bolt with Free-All® and tried again a couple of days later. The bolts turned right out without binding. Free-All® worked far better than the other penetrants I'd previously used.

In 2009, I was stationed with the Navy in Norfolk, VA. We experienced some heavy flooding at one point, and my '97 Jeep Wrangler with 160,000 miles on it spent three days sitting in salt water up to the gear stick. I brought it back to my hometown in Ohio, where it sat unused for years.

While working at a Sears store we had an air handler that had a fan shaft go bad on a very large cast iron squirrel cage fan that had been in service for over 20 years. After two cans of WD-40 and 3 hours of work, we couldn't get the shaft to budge. The next morning, I sprayed some Free All in the hub holes, smacked a board against the shaft end 3 times, and that shaft went flying through the fan hub and out the other side. I used Free All on some badly rusted studs on an exhaust manifold. I sprayed, let it set for a couple of hours, then was able to remove all the studs and nuts without any breaking! I would rank this product as years ahead of WD-40.

I drive a ’95 Jeep 2.5L and the 1-1/2 bolt on the manifold is known to need a torch to loosen or it will either bust or not come off at all. I sprayed on some Free All, left it sit a few minutes and turned it off like it was new. Your product worked great!
